Booking Procedure

Find a room using the search tools on our site. Once you have found a hotel that suits your needs and is available, please click the Book Now link. A booking form will appear over a secure connection and will ask you for some specific information, including your credit card details and email address. Complete the required fields and follow the instructions on the booking form to make an on-line booking. Your reservation will be confirmed on the page and via email.

Secure Payment

You are not required to make any form of payment online directly to Tramazing. This is to ensure your security and ease your worries about conducting online transactions, particularly for first-time users. You only pay at the hotel on departure (subject to the particular hotel’s Terms and Conditions), but your credit card details are still required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Amendment

Check the amendment policy under the Terms and Conditions for the hotel you have selected. If you would like to make an amendment, kindly send an email to reservation@tramazing.com by stating your original reservation information and new reservation details. Your amendment will be processed and an email will be sent to you once your amendment has been confirmed.

Cancellation

Check the cancellation policy under the Terms and Conditions for the hotel you have selected. Usually there is a 72 hour period prior to your arrival time during which a fee is applicable. However, there are exceptions to this general rule; indeed some bookings cannot be cancelled at all. It's unlikely you will be able to cancel any booking on the day of arrival. If you would like to make a cancellation, kindly send an email to reservation@tramazing.com by stating your reservation. Your cancellation will be processed and an email will be sent to you once your cancellation has been confirmed.

Security Online:

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that reservation forms are secure and all transactions using a credit card are encrypted. This assures you that none of your personal details are available to unauthorized parties.

Whenever you enter credit card information into our Website, we use a secure page. You will notice a padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen on all our secure pages.
